Pointed out by Raymundo Yorba and Tomas Yorba as the land described in a deed from Jan Pacifico Ontiveras to Bernardo Yorba of date Sept 25 - 1849 and recorded in Book A p. 753 of deeds in the Recorders Office of Los Angeles County, Cal. Surveyed at the request of the Los Angeles Gas Co. By Hansen and Solano. Scale of 1 inch to 300 feet.
