Contains letters from Juan B. Alvarado, typed notes on Jose Antonio de la Guerra, a newspaper article in "La Vox del Nuevo Mundo, San Francisco, Oct. 3, 1871 #939" containing a speech by Pablo de la Guerra, and a 13 page manuscript extract from "Records of California Men in the War of Rebellion, 1861-1867. Sacremento, 1890."
