The collection includes 3860 cataloged books and pamphlets, correspondence, ephemera, manuscripts, maps, memoribilia, microfilm, papers, periodicals, posters and photographs.

Contains newspaper clipping photocopies, a stationary engraving plate, oil lease documents and map, correspondence with John C. Tuffree, documents regarding the Carolina B. Pittman Estate, a lease agreement, financial documents of the Anaheim Union Water Co., compensation and insurance forms, bills and invoices, a map of Tuffree's subdivision including Borromeo Townsite, a menu from Lakeshore Resort on Huntington Lake, and State of California gas refund forms.
