This collection documents the life and career of Mildred Ransdorf Donoghue (1924 - 2023), professor emerita of elementary and bilingual education at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF).

The collection includes personal papers related to Donoghue's academic pursuits, including materials from her Master's and Ph.D. theses, as well as documentation of her career at CSUF from 1962 to 2011. Materials associated with the Donoghue Children's Literature Center, established in 2001 at the Pollak Library, are also present.
