Scope and Contents note
The University Archives Collection consists of the papers, publications, photographs, and ephemera pertaining to the mission and history of California State University, Fullerton, its units and personnel, from 1957-current date.
It includes approximately 1334 faculty, staff, student and alumni publications that are fully cataloged on the library's on-line catalog, 4607 reels of microfilm of students' master's theses (these are not cataloged) and 1080 linear feet of archival boxes. There is an alphabetical and numeric list of record groups, sub-groups, etc.

Materials pertaining to the July 12, 1976 Pollak Library Shooting, where campus custodian Edward Allaway killed seven people and wounded two others. In 1977, Allaway was found not guilty by reason of insanity and sentenced to a state psychiatric hospital. In 1978, Cal State Fullerton created Memorial Grove as a living memorial in rememberence of the victims.
