Scope and Contents note The General Eichelberger papers are photocopies of intelligence summaries, some with enclosures, on Russo-Japanese relations in Siberia in 1918 - 1919, reported from the United States position. Major General R.L. Eichelberger was Chief of Staff, Intelligence Office, American Expeditionary Forces in Siberia. Major General Eichelberger's papers are at Duke University and the Hoover Institute at Stanford University.
