Rare Books Collection
This collection consists of books, pamphlets, periodicals and manuscripts from the 15th to 20th century. The majority of materials are in English but there are materials in other languages such as Latin, French and Spanish. There is a wide range of topics represented and the materials were published in many different countries. Biography, travel, history and military history, including naval history, are some of the subjects included in this collection.

Romance Books and Ephemera (Collection)
The Romance Books and ephemera Collection consists of romance novels from the mid-Twentieth Century to date published by American and some British publishing companies. All sub-genres are represented such as historical, nurse, paranormal, etc. The ephemera boxes primarily contain publishers' blurbs, guides to the writing and marketing of romance novels and announcements pertaining to fan organizations and meetings pertaining to the romance genre.
Rotary Club of Fullerton (Collection)
The collections consists primarily of realia, a portrait of Paul Harris, books and periodicals published by Rotary International, VHS videotapes of meetings and performances, banners, and photographs.
Many of these items were given to Dr. James Young as he traveled the world performing his one-man show as Paul Harris, the founder of Rotary International.
